Our beef is raised without grain, antibiotics, or growth hormones. Our beef cattle are moved to new grass daily to optimize marbling, nutrition, and growth of organic matter in the soil. It is all USDA inspected and certified. We sell our beef in wholes, halves, quarters, and by-the-cut.
