Roasts require a minimum order quantity because they usually weigh 3-5 lb. and we cannot cut a roast in half to get you exactly 1 or 2 lb. Please select “Local Pickup” to place your order, we will weigh your items and adjust everything with the true weights of your meat and also calculate the most affordable meat shipping option for you. We will then contact you and send you a payment link for the adjustment.
