Important: The final price for a bulk lamb order is determined by the final weight of your meat. Once the meat is weighed, Hansen Acres will charge the final price, less your deposit. No shipping for whole and half beefs!
For an average size lamb, you’ll get about 40 pounds boxed weight (60 pounds hanging weight).
A Whole Lamb Beef Package standard cuts include approximately:
- 18 lbs lamb leg
- 6 lbs steaks
- 2 lbs shoulder roast
- 4 lbs chops
- 4 lbs spare ribs
- 2 lbs shanks
- 10 lbs ground
A Half Lamb Beef Package standard cuts include approximately:
- 9 lbs lamb leg
- 3 lbs steaks
- 1 lb shoulder roast
- 2 lbs chops
- 2 lbs spare ribs
- 1 lb shank
Entire Lamb may be cubed or ground by special request.
